Training and Research Units

School of Business Information Technology (BIT) regularly adjusts and innovates training programs, combining theory with practice to meet the needs of corporations and organizations. BIT also aims to promote cooperation relationships with many businesses to improve career guidance and job search support for students; promotes international cooperation to improve teaching quality and scientific research capacity in accordance with international standards and to develop training programs in association with those of prestigious universities abroad.

Institute of Innovation (UII) is a sci-tech organization that plays as a university’s organization for innovation and entrepreneurship at University of Economics Ho Chi Minh city.
UII was officially launched on April 17th 2019, under cooperation between UEH and Singapore Management University, supported by VinaCapital Ventures and Department of Researching and Developing Private Enterprise.

Institute of Smart City and Management (ISCM) is a training and research institute under CTD. ISCM's activities are fundamentally formulated based on the concept of integration of frontier architectural, technological and engineering applications and modelling.

Institute of Intelligent and Interactive Technologies (3I) was established in 2019 with the goal of becoming a research and training center in the field of technology and interaction in management, business and finance. The Institute aims to create an exciting teaching, learning and research environment, with practical applications for CTD's learners and staff.

School of Media Design (SMD) was established in February 2022 with the mission of empowering the next generation of creative thinkers and innovators through interdisciplinary collaboration and leading-edge research in technology design. SMD aims to inspire a new generation to think about the future through media design and arttech design education and research.

Academy of Technology and Design (ATD) was established in 1995 and has trained tens of thousands of students in applied informatics skills; a team of highly qualified and experienced lecturers from UEH, along with highly applicable training content, especially specialized classes on applied informatics in socio-economics.

Support and advise the BOM in management activities of CTD in terms of Human Resource Management; Long-term and Short-term Training; Scientific Activities; International Relations; Quality Assurance; Finance and Property Management; Student Affairs.
