Applying technology can be quick, but getting customers and consumers to use those technologies is an extremely difficult story. Therefore, in order to be able to truly digital transformation in an enterprise, the first thing needed is the determination of the Board of Directors of that business. Along with that is empowering the staff below to transform determination into action, creating motivation to contribute to motivating individuals in the organization to act together. In short, businesses need to realize that digital transformation is a must, not doing is dead.”

“The implementation of innovation is not only the story of the organization, but it is the story of each of us individually, that we need to change our thinking, we need to consider innovation and creativity. created is a DNA in the body. Besides, we also need to have recognition and learn from our competitors, to look for opportunities in the digital transformation process.
